At Beananza Coffee, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
Return period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened or partially used coffee products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item.
